A repeatable campaign process makes it easier to choose the right audience, prepare a useful message and understand what happened after sending. Start with a small, clearly defined workflow before expanding it.
Start with the purpose
Decide what the message should help a customer do: find an update, confirm a detail or respond to a question. Give the campaign a name that describes its purpose and timing.
Organise the audience
Import or select the relevant contacts in your workspace. Keep groups focused on the reason for the message. Send only to people who expect to hear from your business and respect requests to stop receiving messages.
Prepare the message
Use the Templates area for content your team needs repeatedly. Check personalisation fields, links and any media before selecting the audience. Re-read the message as a customer: is the next step clear?
Choose the connection and timing
Check the intended WhatsApp connection before preparing the campaign. Use scheduling when the message should go out later, and check the saved time before confirming. A connection needs to be ready before it can deliver messages.
Review activity
Use the campaign workspace and message activity to review results. Investigate failures before retrying; repeatedly resending an uncertain message can create duplicates. Keep notes on what worked so the next campaign is easier to prepare.
The website's visitor analytics measures visits and public-site engagement. Campaign and message activity belongs to the messaging workspace, so use the right dashboard for each question.
