Review audience, message, connection and follow-up responsibilities before launching a customer campaign.

Choose one objective
Decide whether the campaign is asking for a reply, a visit to a page or a booking request. Avoid combining unrelated offers in one message. Write the objective down so the team can judge the result against the intended action rather than only the number of messages sent.
Read it as a customer
Keep the business identity clear and explain why the update matters. Check spelling, dates, prices and destination links. If you personalise a message, review what happens when a contact field is missing. Never paste passwords, tokens or confidential customer details into a template.
Check connection and audience
Confirm the selected QR device or Business API account is configured for the intended workflow. Review recipients, duplicates and consent. Meta setup and applicable messaging requirements belong to your own Meta account; the vhatsapp dashboard does not replace those checks.
Plan the reply workflow
Make sure someone can handle responses. Run an agreed internal test and inspect the message on a phone. After launch, review delivery and customer responses. Investigate uncertain results before repeating a send, because an unconfirmed request can still have reached the recipient.
